Dear Mr. and Mrs. Beatty:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was
approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on February 20, 2018.
The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 59-A-40 was
approved by the BZA to allow for a 65 -foot left side yard variance to a required l 00 -foot
left side yard setback will result in a 35 -foot left side yard setback and a 65 -foot right side
yard variance to a required 100 -foot right side yard setback will result in a 35 -foot right
side yard setback. This property is located at 180 Fishel Road in the Back Creek
Magisterial District.
