To Whom It May Concern,
Upon review, there are no restrictions in the covenants and/ or bylaws of the
Layside Estates Homeowners Association preventing the home based business as
described in the attached description submitted by Alisha Feltner.
Sincerely,
Stacey A. Frye

Dear Layside Estates HOA board,
I'd like to start off by introducing myself. My name is
Alisha Feltner. My Fiance and T live at 464 Layside Drive.
We feel super blessed to have found such a beautiful place
to live in such a great community. We have a 2 -year-old son
and hope to add to our family in the future.
The purpose of my letter today is I am seeking
permission to operate a VERY SMALL business out of our home.
I am a licensed Nail Technician of 16+ years. I desperately
want to cut back at work and be available more for our
family. Working from home would allow this flexibility. I
would be operating two days a week and seeing an average of
4 people a day.
I know it is important to our community to keep traffic
low and quiet. I serve an older clientele and know they will
respect our community. My hours would be daytime hours so no
traffic would be coming through late at night. It would
mostly be when others are at work.
Before I can move forward with the county to obtain a
Conditional Use Permit I need to have approval from you
first.
Please contact me at 540-247-3344 for any questions you
might have.
I want to answer any of them as it is important to me to
try to make this happen and be available more for my family.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
Alisha Feltner
