N U Buildings shall comply with The 2012 Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and 2012 Virginia Industrialized Building Code_ Other Code that applies is ICC/ANSI A 117.1-09 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities and 2012 Virginia Energy Code Buildings/structures shall comply with height and area as allowed in T503 with applicable increases. Buildings or equipment(s) on permanent foundations require permits and inspection. All onsite installed trades require permits. Building shall be located a minimum distance from property line as required in T601/602. An approved drainage/sewer shall be provided.
