being held on Wednesday, December 5, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. in the boardroom of the Frederick County
Administration Building at 107 N. Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia to consider the following:
Conditional Use Permit #19-01 of Hunting Ridge Tower, submitted by Spectrum Resources, Inc.,
for a 195 -foot -high monopole telecommunications facility. This property is located 329 Hunting Ridge
Road and is identified with Property Identification Number in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
the application will be available for review at the Handley Library approximately one week prior to the
meeting, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in
Winchester, Virginia.
