Kepler, PE Greenway Engineering, Inc. 151 Windy Hill Lane Winchester, VA 22602 Re: Approval for Site Plan #40-17, Frederick Heights Park Trail & Parking Lot Property Identification Number (PIN): 54 -A -124A Dear Mr. Kepler: The above -referenced site plan was approved on February 1, 2018. The site plan is approved for the 10.65 -acre Frederick Heights Park, which includes a walking trail, picnic areas, and 14 parking spaces in the RP (Residential Performance) Zoning District in the Red Bud Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. Attached are three (3) copies of the approved site plan by the Zoning Administrator. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
