This comment is based on review provided by our engineering firm, Delta Airport Consultants, Richmond, Virginia, and of the Federal Aviation Administration's Aeronautical Study Number 2002 -AEA -1095 -OE. If at any time the tower height exceeds 150 AGL, the Winchester Regional Airport Authority requests the following condition be met: 1. Towers over 200 feet AGL are required by FAA to be lighted. For towers between 150 and 199 feet AGL, the Winchester Airport is requiring all structures to be marked and lighted in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 70/7460-1 K, Change 1, Obstruction Marking and lighting, Chapter 5.
