BEATTY and PATRICIA G. BEATTY, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Grantees. Allen Ebert, L.S., dated February 6, 1986, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book 611, at Page 569. And generally known as 180 Fishel Road, Winchester, Virginia, 22602. AND BEING the same property conveyed to FFC Properties, LLC, a Virginia Limited Liability Company from ALG Trustees, LLC, Substitute Trustee, by Trustee's Deed dated March 24, 2015 of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 150003622. Reference is made to the aforesaid plat, deed and the references contained therein for a further and more particular description of the property conveyed herein. This conveyance is made subject to all legally enforceable restrictive covenants and easements of record affecting the aforesaid realty.
