Allreviewagencycommentsandrequirementsshallbecompliedwithatalltimes. Anengineeredsiteplanshallbesubmitted toandapprovedbyFrederickCounty. All improvements shallbeinstalledwithinsix (6) monthsofCUPapproval. Allparking shallbeincompliancewithzoningdistrictstandards. 4. Signageshallbelimitedtoone (1) illuminatedfreestandingbusinesssign; nottoexceed fifty (50) squarefeetinareaandten (10) feetinheightalongthefrontageofNorth FrederickPike (Route522). Anyexistingsignageshallberemoved. 5. Anyexpansion orchangeofusewillrequire anewConditionalUsePermit. ViolationofConditions: StaffreceivedacomplaintregardingviolationsoftheFrederickCounty ZoningOrdinanceatthisproperty. Staffinspected theproperty onApril26, 2005, andnotedthe presenceofaninoperablevehicle, illegalsignageandtheoutdoordisplayofacarportforsale. A letterofviolationwasissued, aswasanoticeofrevocation forviolationsoftheconditionsof Conditional UsePermit11-03. Theseviolations constituteaviolationoftheconditions placedon ConditionalUsePermit ¥-l.- 63-99, approvedbytheFrederick County BoardofSupervisors on January28, 2004. H-03
