Judge Edwards first built this building in late 40's. Purchased by Mr. Clay Rogers in 1954 or 1955. Building moved to new foundation when 522 North was changed from a two- (2) lane to a four- (4) lane highway. Many previous businesses such as a county store — gas station, bar and grill, restaurant, restaurant/lounge and dairy shop.
