Your Conditional Use Permit #23-04 for an Expansion of an Existing Conditional Use Permit, was approved with the following conditions: 1. All review agency comments and requirements shall be complied with at all times. 2. No offsite catering will be allowed in conjunction with this Conditional Use Permit, and no commercial food preparation will be allowed. 3. A minor site plan will be submitted to show proposed improvements and conform to agency comments, and shall be approved by the County prior to any construction activity. 4. All conditions of Conditional Use Pen -nit #21-79 shall continue to remain in effect. Please see attached conditions. 5. Any further expansion will require a new Conditional Use Permit. Poe Candy Hill Campground Route 4, Box 123 f Winchester, Virginia 22601 Dear Mr. Poe: This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Board of Supervisors' action at their meeting of January 11, 1984: Approval to amend Conditional Use Permit #021-79 of Ralph W. Poe/ Candy Hill Campground, located at the end of Ward Avenue on Virginia Route 1317, by the addition of a Vehicle Sales Use with the following conditions: II. VEHICLE SALES CONDITIONS: 1. Vehicles for sale on the property shall include only motor homes, travel trailers, pop-up trailers, and van converstions (mini -motor homes.) 2. The total number of vehicles for sale on the property is limited to six (6) at any one time. 3. This section of Conditional Use Permit #021-79 entitled, II. VEHICLE SALES CONDITIONS, is subject to annual review and renewal by the staff, Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors. The conditions on the existing campground will remain the same as approved on November 14, 1979 and those conditions are: I. CAMPGROUND CONDITIONS: A. The following improvements are not permitted: Page 2 Ralph W. Poe January 16, 1984 B. -The following conditions are placed on the conditional use permit: 1. No A.B.C. license. 2. No firing range. 3. Hours of operation from 7 a.m. to 11 P.M. 4. Camping spaces to be utilized only for bona fide campers (Maximum length of stay 4 weeks). 5. No auto, motorbike, go-carts, or snowmobile trails in camp area or the use of such off-road vehicles for recreational purposes in the camp area. The camp area is defined on the site plan (47.65 acres as advertised). 6. The owner shall furnish a list of proposed restrictions to be imposed. 7. Recreation facilities are restricted to the use of campers only. 8. There shall be no more than seventy (70) campsites as provided on the site plan. 9. This conditional use permit shall be reviewed annually by the staff provided that no changes take place on the site and that all conditions placed on this permit are met. If any condition is violated, it shall constitute grounds for immediate revocation of the conditional use permit. 10.
