Mark: I incorporated a series of e-mails showing that Cingular would like to
postpone the hearing you set on January 18, 2006. As of December 15, 2005,
Wireless Facilities, Inc. is no longer a contractor working for Cingular
Wireless. This site has not been transferred to Me at Velocitel, Inc.
You will note from my e-mail below I sent this morning to my project manager
details things we discussed in your office on November 30, 2005. Moreover, I
have left a voice mail message on you phone this morning requesting a
postponement of this hearing. I have not heard back from you. I am also
writting to you via e-mail to request this formally. Please respond, if I
have not heard back from you by the end of the business day I will forward
this e-mail to Mr. Ruddy and Mr. Lawrence. I appreciate your prompt reply to
this request. Thank you.

John: I want to address two (2) items in this e-mail.
The first is as you can see, RF has done their job and have proved that they
need to push this search area to the North slightly. There are two (2)
candidates that can be submitted based on my quick drive of the ring on
November 30, 2005 that I did after my meeting with Frederick County. The
candidates are one (1) water tank and the second is a SST located already in
Frederick County Regional Park. The whole plan was to submit these
candidates to RF before moving forward with the Kenny property. Even Mark
Cheran had said that this would be an RF battle and we would need to provide
evidence related to the coverage issue. In Tuesday's meeting this week, I
mentioned that I made a call from Mr. Kenny's property in his driveway and
that I wanted to submit two (2) additional candidates.
The second thing I want to address is the letter sent by Mark Cheran is
premature. In fact, when I spoke with Mark on November 30, 2005 requested
that if Cingular was moving forward with this candidate to submit material
in binders -30 binders with my statement of intent, photosims, drawings.
Moreover the dates given to me from Mark Cheran on the actual dates are
different from the letter he sent out dated January 4, 2005. He mentioned
January 11 or February 1, 2006 as possible dates for the hearing. In fact,
Mark Cheran took this filing off of the docket because of the very issue
that RF is now stating below from Shashikanth Sena. Mark told me that he
would not do anything until he received these binders. In addition, Mr.
Cheran made it clear that Cingular had met the requirements of the
ordinance. I left him a message at 9:03 am this morning to call me
immediately to get a postponement until these two (2) candidates can be
submitted.
