being held on Wednesday, January 18, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Frederick County
Administration Building at 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia to consider the following
application:
Conditional Use Permit #06-05 of Cingular Wireless — Armel for a Telecommunications Facility.
This property is located at 218 Tadpole Lane and is identified with Property Identification Number 76-
A-47 in the Shawnee District.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
the agenda will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week of the
meeting, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in
Winchester, Virginia. Information regarding this application will also be available via the Planning
Department's website at www.co.frederick.va.us.
