being held on Wednesday, February 8, 2006, at 7:15 p.m. in the Board Room of the Frederick County
Administration Building at 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia to consider the following
application:
Conditional Use Permit #08-05 of Shenandoah Storage Connection for an Off -Premise Business
Sign. This property is located on Route 11 North, approximately 750 feet north of the intersection of
Route 11 and Ebert Road, and is identified with Property Identification Number 44-A-5 in the Stonewall
Magisterial District.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
the agenda will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week of the
meeting, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in
Winchester, Virginia. Information regarding this application will also be available via the Planning
Department's website at www.co.frederick.va.us.
