Dear Ms. Bautista:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was
approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on December 19, 2017.
The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 76-A-10 was
approved by the BZA to allow for a 25 -foot left side yard variance to a required 50 -foot
left side yard setback will result in a 25 -foot left side yard setback and a 75 -foot right side
yard variance to a required 100 -foot right side yard setback will result in a 25 -foot right
side yard setback. This property is located at 1549 Front Royal Pike in the Shawnee
Magisterial District.
