The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 76-A-10 was approved by the BZA to allow for a 25 -foot left side yard variance to a required 50 -foot left side yard setback will result in a 25 -foot left side yard setback and a 75 -foot right side yard variance to a required 100 -foot right side yard setback will result in a 25 -foot right side yard setback.
