Piccadilly Street, Suite 200 Winchester, VA 22601 Re: Approval for Site Plan #37-17, Shenandoah University — Parking Structure Property Identification Number (PIN): 54 -A -141A Dear Mr. Artz: The above -referenced site plan was approved on November 9, 2017. The site plan is approved for a four (4) story parking structure with 304 parking spaces, 95 surface parking spaces, and site improvements including pedestrian connectivity and landscaping in the HE (Higher Education) Zoning District in the Shawnee Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
