Conditional Use Permit #05-06 of Hilltop House, submitted by Painter -Lewis, PLC, for an Adult Care
Facility. This property is located at 111 Denny Lane, just off Route 7, and is identified with Property
Identification Number 55B -A-6 in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
the agenda will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week of the
meeting, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in
Winchester, Virginia. Information regarding this application will also be available via the Planning
