Dear Mr. and Ms. Jordan:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was
approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on November 21, 2017.
The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 30-6-7 was
approved by the BZA to allow a 19 -foot front yard variance to the required 60 -foot front
yard setback resulting in a 41 -foot front setback. The property is located at 516 North
Drive, Winchester, Virginia in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
