It appears as if all of our comments have been addressed; one additional comment is to add a note similar to the Lighting Note, that all landscaping and screening will conform to Section 165-203.01. We acknowledge that all required landscaping is in place, but want to ensure that any future modifications/replacements will conform to the Zoning Ordinance requirements. Finally, review agency comments/approvals are still required from Building Inspections and the Fire Marshalls office. Please provide these copies with your submission of five (5) plan sets for signature by the Zoning Administrator. Once received, Staff will sign and provide an approval letter. Other Code that applies is ICC/ANSI Al 17.1-09 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities, 2012 Virginia Energy Code. Structural plans and plans submitted for permits for the building project shall be sealed by a Virginia Licensed Design Professional. Change use of existing structures shall comply with Virginia Rehabilitation Code. Additions shall comply with 2012 Virginia Building Code. Height and area of building shall comply with T503 with applicable increases. Buildings closer than 20' require rated walls per T602. Distance appears ok per plan. All required exits shall be accessible and 20 % ANSI rule applies. Main customer entrance is provided with Accessible van and unloading areas. Max slope of parking/unloading for ANSI Al 17.1-09 is 2%.. Maximum slope on accessible walkways 5%.
