Dear Mr. Oates:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on August 15, 2017. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 30 -A -122C was approved by the BZA to
allow a 17 foot front yard variance to the required 60 foot front yard setback resulting in
a 43.0 foot front setback. The property is located at 361 Quiet Lane, Winchester, Virginia
in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
