Dear Kurt:
Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to review the revised master development plan
(MDP) for the proposed development referred to as Snowden Bridge — Revision 5. Please
adequately address each of the comments listed below prior to resubmission of the master
development plan referenced above:
Preliminary Review Comments:
1. Utility Contacts. This should be revised to reflect the recent name change of the Frederick
County Sanitation Authority (FCSA) to "Frederick Water."
2. Signed Seal. A signed seal of the certified Virginia land surveyor, architect, or engineer
who prepared the Master Development Plan is required on final copies for signature by the
Planning Director and County Administrator.
Staff acknowledges receipt of review agency comments from: Frederick County Fire Marshal,
Frederick County Department of Building Inspections, Frederick County Department of Public
Works, Frederick Water (formerly FCSA), Frederick County Public Schools, and the Virginia
Department of Transportation (VDOT).
In order to administratively approve this MDP, you should also submit review agency comments
from the following agencies: Frederick County Parks & Recreation. Once Planning and
Development comments are addressed, and a copy of outstanding review agency comments are
provided, please provide a pdf disk with the final MDP, plus at least five (5) hard copies for
signature. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions regarding this letter.
