Dear Kurt:
Frederick County administratively approved the above -referenced, Master Development Plan
(MDP #06-17) — Revision 5 for Snowden Bridge on October 26, 2017. This revised MDP is
approved for the rearrangement of housing types within development, and reconfiguration of
the internal road network for Land Bay III. This MDP revision has no change in the overall
density or use from what has been previously approved.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been
addressed in the plan. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved final Master
Development Plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. Please
