Frederick County, Viroa, iii Deed Book 333, at Pa 624. The said 154nia A
Miller died 7118/86 and her interest in the property posed to Roy A. Aller by the
aforesaid survivorship provision. The said Roy Miller died January 3, 1995 and
by his Mill of rword in the aforemid Clerk's Office in IVTJJ Book 111, at page
1661, devised the said property to his daughter, Gail R Wait and three
grandchildren, Stacy L. NA Amy B. NA and Jared C.. Nail. Reference is hereby
made to the aforesaid instrum. eits and the reference therein contained for a more
particular description of the property hereby conveyed.
This conveyance is made subject to all legally enforceable re fttictive covenants and
easements of record affiecting thw aforesaid realty.
Uc Grantors do hereby covenant that they have the. right to convey to the Grantee; that
the Grantee shall have quiet and peaceable possession of the said property, free from all liens and
