This affidavit is made in support of Dawson W. Riggleman, Jr. and Robann C. Riggleman, with regard
to a non -conforming use of their property (Frederick County Tax Map 64-A-44) in Frederick County,
Virginia.
The undersigned, Dawson W. Riggleman, Jr. and Robann C. Riggleman, after being duly sworn, makes
oath to the following:
1. The subject property has been in Robann Coontz Riggleman's immediate family since 1979.
2. Robann has personal knowledge that agricultural animals were maintained on the subject property
prior to 1959. This property had a barn and two sheds on it when Robann Coontz Riggleman
moved to this area in 1959. The children of the neighborhood maintain a football field on this
property where evidence of agricultural animals existed.
3. Dawson W. Riggleman, Jr. and Robann C. Riggleman have documentation which supports their
claim that the County of Frederick was aware that horses were going to be maintained on this
property and in that regard authorized an agricultural wavier for electrical hook up for a Horse
Barn on September 6, 2002 at 10:50 A.M.
