Attached to this letter is an application for a conditional use permit and is intended to
include the following:

1.) It is my understanding that since we already have obtained a valid conditional use
permit that this application is for the purpose of applying for a permit to allow a larger
sign. (3'X 4') .
2.) 1 am including a photo of the current sign that we are using and would like to
continue to use. This sign is 3'X 4' .
3.) It is still my position that our current sign is not in violation of my current conditional
use permit as it is being used to signify that my property is available for sale and that
the separate sign is there to signify that my office is at this address also. This sign is
only 2'X 6" Which is under the limit of my current permit.
4.) By applying for a larger sign, I am trying to eliminate the disagreement that I have with
your office over an alleged violation of my current conditional use permit.
5.) 1 believe I have included everything required for this application with the exception of the
sketch of my property which you have agreed to copy the sketch in my original
application and include it with this application. I am also including 2 checks. One is in
the amount of $75.00 for the application and the other is for the amount of $50.00 which
is for the refundable sign deposit.
Thank you for visiting me at my office and suggesting that this new application for a larger sign
as a way to eliminate the disagreement that currently exists between your office and me.

I (we), the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application
and petition the governing body of Frederick County, Virginia to
allow the use described in this application. I understand that
the sign issued to me when this application is submitted must be
placed at the front property line at least seven (7) days prior
to the first public hearing and maintained so as to be visible
until after the Board of Supervisors' public hearing. Your
application for a Conditional Use Permit authorizes any member
of the Frederick County Planning Commission, Board of
Supervisors or Planning and Development Department to inspect
your property where the proposed use will be conducted.
