Dear Mr. Cheran,
Enclosed, please find for your review and comment a Conditional Use Permit application
packet.
We are requesting a conditional use permit for an existing sign on the parcel identified
as TM#53-4-2-D. As part of a consolidation of four lots, the existing sign is legally non-
conforming. This application is to bring the sign into compliance and allow a sign to be
erected on the premise of the consolidated lots, for the proposed use. The application
packet includes the following:
• An application with fee check, sign deposit and Special Limited Power of
Attorney.
• Exhibit 1 — site location.
• Exhibit 2 — pictures of the current and proposed signs.
• Exhibit 3 — site aerial.
• Exhibit 4 — site aerial.
• Exhibit 5 — a drawing showing the proposed sign location maintaining the
required minimum distance of 100' between signs.
