This letter is to confirm action taken by the Frederick County Board of Supervisors at their meeting on
May 13, 2009. Conditional Use Permit #01-09 for a 120 foot commercial telecommunications facility
was denied. The subject property is located at 2042 Martinsburg Pike (Route 11) in the Stonewall
Magisterial District. The reasons for denial of Conditional Use Permit #01-09 are outlined in the
enclosed Resolution.
