NAEGELI and MARIA SUNSHINE DOYLE-NAEGELI (formerly known as MARIA SUNSHINE DOYLE), parties of the first part, hereinafter called the Grantors, and AT&T CORP., a New York Domestic Business Corporation, party of the second part, hereinafter called the Grantee.
