This letter is to confirm action taken by the Frederick County Board of Supervisors at their meeting on
May 27, 2009. Conditional Use Permit #02-09 was approved to enable a property transfer of an existing
auto repair business. Conditions associated with the approval of the Conditional Use Permit include the
following:
All review agency comments and requirements shall be complied with at all times.
2. Outside storage limited to less than five vehicles and screened by an opaque fence.
3. Limited to the applicant and one employee.
4. All repair activities shall occur entirely within the enclosed structure.
5. The applicant will be limited to repairing only five vehicles at a time.
6. Any expansion or change of use shall require a new conditional use permit.

This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Board of Supervisors'
action at their meeting of August ll, 1982.
Approval of conditional use permit #010-82 of Joseph S. and Lynda H.
DuBose, Jr. for a Public Garage/Farm Equipment and Automotive Repair
with the following conditions:
1. That this be a one year permit to be reviewed annually by the
staff, Planning Commission, and Board of Supervisors.
2. If the use, occupancy or ownership of the property changes, this
conditional use permit shall expire and a new conditional use
permit shall be required.
3. Entrance must be relocated as shown.
4. Outside storage limited to less than five vehicles.
5. Operation limited to applicant and one other employee.
