HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-10 Owner AffidavitAFFIDAVIT The undersigned, on behalf of Timber Ridge Ministries, Inc., does hereby acknowledge that in the event Shenandoah Mobile Company erects a commercial telecommunications facility on real estate owned by Timber Ridge Ministries, Inc., and the facility is unused or not operated for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, it shall be considered abandoned pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of Frederick County, Virginia, specifically Subsection 165-204.19.B(7), and should Shenandoah Mobile Company refuse or be unable to remove the tower from the real estate within ninety (90) days of receipt of notice from the Frederick County Department of Planning and Zoning, Timber Ridge Ministries, Inc., may be held responsible for the removal of the same pursuant to Subsection 165-204.19A.(4). This Affidavit is given in accordance with Subsection 165-204.19A.(4) of the Zoning Ordinance of Frederick County, Virginia. Given under my hand on this /"? day of June, 2010.
