At this time the application is deemed incomplete and has, therefore, not been accepted by the County. It is being returned to you for completion, together with your check #761 in the amount of $1,000.00. When the public hearing sign is returned, the process will begin to reimburse you the $50.00 sign fee. The subject property is located adjacent to identified historical structures. A Request for Conditional Use Permit Comments form must be sent to and reviewed by the Historic Resources Advisory Board (HRAB) before the application will be considered.
