Re: Hogue Creek Conditional Use Permit Application
Dear Ms. Gonitzke:
The above referenced Conditional Use Permit application was presented to the Frederick County
Planning Department on Friday, February 18, 2011 for submission. At this time the application
is deemed incomplete and has, therefore, not been accepted by the County. It is being returned
to you for completion, together with your check #761 in the amount of $1,000.00. When the
public hearing sign is returned, the process will begin to reimburse you the $50.00 sign fee.
The subject property is located adjacent to identified historical structures. A Request for
Conditional Use Permit Comments form must be sent to and reviewed by the Historic Resources
Advisory Board (HRAB) before the application will be considered.
