Conditional Use Permit #08-11 to re-establish a discontinued non -conforming use in order to enable
construction of a single family dwelling was denied. You have the right to reapply after 12 months have
expired.

RE: Stop Work Order for Zoning Violations Permit 1163-2009

This letter is to inform you that a building permit (Permit 1163-2009) has been issued for a
property in violation of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance regarding building setbacks. I
am requesting that a Stop Work Order be issued for this permit to clear up the issue.
