Frederick Pike. Tax Map #30-A-118. The Frederick/Winchester Health Department cannot approN-e the request to open and maintain a restaurant (Bar & Grille) at the above referenced location. There is a trailer located on the property that currently utilizes the existing drainfield. The maximum allowable water use based on the size of the drainfield would be 188 gallons per day. Per the Sewage Handling and Disposal Regulations, a one bedroom dwelling requires 150 gallons per day. According to the same regulations, a restaurant located on a through highway would require between 100 - 180 gallons per seat per day to operate.
