Proposed Team Roping and Barrel Racing Horse Arena A permit from the health department is required to be obtained by the applicant before any food is to be served in conjunction with this proposal. Otherwise, the health department has no objection if there is no increase in wastewater generated to be disposed into the existing sewage disposal system, and if an adequate number of portable privies (one or more per 100 persons) are provided for spectators and participants. If public restrooms are required by others, the applicant would be required to obtain approval for a new sewage disposal system. In that case, the system must be installed and approved prior to operation of the proposed arena.
