REFERENCE is hereby made to the aforesaid deeds, plats and surveys referred to therein for a more complete and accurate description of the tract of land hereby conveyed. THIS conveyance is made subject to any recorded conditions, restrictions, or easements affecting the aforementioned property, and especially SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS which shall have the effect of covenants running with the land, and shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them whether or not referred to in the deed of conveyance: 1. Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 will share equally the cost to maintain the two (2) driveways that serve these homes. Lot 5 is specifically exempt from this covenant. 2. There shall be no subdivision of the lots. 3. No animals or livestock of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept for commercial purposes on the real estate. No chickens, pigs, and livestock are allowed, household dogs and cats and horses may be kept, provided they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purposes. 4.
