2. Bufters. 011 Sheet 2, please include a note that no c.rurillg district butters ale required given
the surrounding property.
3. S;dewalks. Please provide details ot1 the sidewalks and pedestrian walkways along Town Run
Lane.
4. Fees and Public meeting. The fee to, this application includes a $3,000.UO base tee plus
$IOO.uu per agile tin the first 15U acres. This is based un tors as of April 23, 2008. Fees may
change.
In order to continue the review of this Master Development Pla1r, you will need to submit a signed
and nota,iad Special Limited Power of Attorney Fo1nr, all review agency comments and review
tee, to this deparnnent. A disk with a pdf of the Master Development Plan, uutwe ready for
submission, is also required. Untie this information is received, and all review comments

(2) Fur any street with a projected traffic of 251-400 ADT, a curb to curb
width of 24 feet on a riyht-of way of nut less than 30 feet may be
approved.
(3) For streets with a projected traffic between 401 and 2000 ADT, a curb
to curb width of 3u feet on a right-of-way not less than 40 feet may be
approved.
e. Withuut regard to the length of the street, any other reduction of width of
curb and gutter streets may only be considered if
(1) Parking on the street is restricted and
(2) Access to the street is limited to street connections.

1. Angle of intersection
Streets should intersect at right angles; however, intersecting angles between 70
and 90 degrees are allowed.
A landing, a minimum of 50' in length and having a maximum vertical grade of
2%, should be provided at each intersection. Sign islands may be permitted if
approved by the Resident Engineer.
