Staff has reviewed the aforementioned master development plan. Everything looks fine, but please provide clarification on why the note regarding the Category B Type buffer for the proposed TH/MP was removed from sheet 6 of 14. The properties outside of the development area are single-family detached and thus this buffer would be required per the ordinance. Please add this note and the note specifying the 15 side and '25 rear setbacks along outside perimeter boundaries back to the sheet. Please feel free to get in touch with me directly if you need additional information. Once you have made this change and address any review agency comments (including VDOT), please resubmit.
