RE: REZONING APPLICATION #03-17 FOR RUTHERFORD CROSSING
On behalf of the Frederick County Board of Supervisors, you are hereby notified of a public
hearing being held on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at 7:00 pm in the Board Room of the
Frederick County Administration Building at 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia to
consider the following application:
Rezoning #03-17 for Rutherford Crossing, submitted by Greenway Engineering, Inc., to
rezone 22.16+/- acres from the M1 (Light Industrial) District to the B2 (Business General)
District with proffers and 27.07+/- acres of land zoned M1 (Light Industrial) District with
proffers to the MI (Light Industrial) District with revised proffers. The property is fronting
on the southeast side of Market Street and the north side of Milton Ray Drive in the
Stonewall Magisterial District, and is identified by Property Identification Number 43-A-99.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may do so at the public hearing.
A copy of the application will be available for review at the Handley Library and the
Bowman Library the week of the meeting, or at the Department of Planning and
Development located at 107 North Kent Street in Winchester, Virginia, or by calling (540)
665-5651. You can also visit us on the web at: www.fcva.us.
