Dear Mr. Chernan:
Coventry Group is writing this letter on behalf of the Windstone Board of Directors. The
Windstone Board of Directors met on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. One item of
business was to determine if the Board of Directors would support a conditional use
permit for an AirB&B at 132 Seabreeze Lane. The Windstone Board of Directors voted
unanimously to support the conditional use permit for an AirB&B located at 132
Seabreeze Lane.
Please advise Jorie Martin at Coventry Group when the public hearing will be held on
the conditional use permit. The Board and management would like to opportunity to
attend and speak if necessary supporting the request.
