Clark died July 22, 1989, survived by Douglas H. Clark; and, WHEREAS, Douglas H. Clark died February 13, 1997; and, WHEREAS, Sandra Love qualified as Administratrix of the Estate of Douglas H. Clark in the aforesaid Clerk's Office; and, WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to enter into a Boundary Line Adjustment between their properties, as more particularly set forth on the aforesaid plat which is attached hereto and de a part hereof, by this reference.
