being held on Wednesday, August 10, 2005, at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Frederick County
Administration Building at 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia to consider the following
application:
Rezoning #10 -05 of Wakeland Properties, submitted by Patton Harris Rust Associates, to rezone
7.26 acres from RA (Rural Areas) District to B2 (General Business) District for general commercial
uses. The properties are located east and adjacent to Front Royal Pike (Route 522). approximately 350
feet south of the Papermill Road intersection, in the Shawnee Magisterial District, and are identified by
Property Identification Numbers (PINS) 64 -A -29 and 64 -A -30.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
the application will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week of
the hearing, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in
