Rezoning #08 -05 of Canter Estates Section V, submitted by Greenway Engineering, to revise proffers
concerning the rezoning of 103.74 acres to RP (Residential Performance) District. The properties are
located on the west side of Front Royal Pike (Route 522) adjacent to Canter Estates Section III, in the
Shawnee Magisterial District, and are identified by Property Identification Numbers (PINS) 76 -A -22,
76 -A -23, and 763 -1 -5 -312 through 385.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
the application will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week of
the hearing, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in
