Dear Mr. Bell:
The above- referenced site plan was renewed on July 12; 2005. The, original site plan
(SP #36. -00) was approved for `the construction of a new 22,400 office building on the
corner of Airport . Road (Route 645) and Bufflick Road (Route 776). Required site
improvements include the. following:: .
Construction of two parking lots with a total of .106 spaces .(including four
handicap accessible); including curb and gutter; landscaping, sidewalks, striping,
and handicap access.
• Construction of a dumpster pad with a six (6) foot block wall. for screening.
I am providing you with three (3) copies of the re- approved `site plan. Please forward
these, copies to the •appropriate r`epresentative(s). Furthermore, advise the ovvrler(s) that a
copy should be kept for future reference; , and an approved copy must be kept on the
construction site throughout the development proce s1. Onc.el site development is
complete, the owner(s) should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. Do
