Rezoning #11 -04 of Adams Development Group, submitted by Greenway Engineering, to rezone
59.708 acres from RA (Rural Areas) District to B3 (Industrial Transition) District. This property is
located in the Stephenson area of the County, fronting the west side of Martinsburg Pike (Route 11),
opposite the intersection with Stephenson Road (Route 664), in the Stonewall Magisterial District, and
is identified by Property Identification Number (PIN) 44 -A -75.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
the application will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week
of the hearing, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in
