JOINT FREDERICK WATER-BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORK SESSION

ATTENDEES
Board of Supervisors: John F. Jewell, Chairman; Robert W. Wells, Vice Chairman;
Robert T. Liero; Jason C. Aikens; Albert L. Orndorff; Michael D. Guevremont; and Gary R. Oates
were present. Staff present: Michael Bollhoefer, County Administrator; Jay E. Tibbs, Deputy
County Administrator; Andrew Fox, County Attorney; Wendy May, Communications Director;
Patrick Fly, Director of Information Technologies; and Ann W. Phillips, Deputy Clerk to the Board
of Supervisors.
Frederick Water Board: Martha Dilg; Thomas Bottorf; William Byers, and Janet Clarke
were present. Staff present: Eric Lawrence, Director; and Jamie McFadden, Communications
Specialist.
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Jewell called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
FREDERICK WATER UPDATES
Executive Director Eric Lawrence provided an overview of the current status of Frederick
Water's operations and the outlook for future services.
The Boards discussed the status of water and sewer services in the County.
