Renaissance Drive
Project is complete. Staff are waiting for the final invoice and CSX reimbursement to complete closeout
and seek previously discussed additional funds from VDOT. (unchanged)
Gainesboro Road
Staff has recently received 30% plan sets and distributed them to the School Division and Public
Works for review. Plans were also separately submitted to VDOT.
