The County’s independent auditor, David Foley of Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, will
present the FY 2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). He will be
available to respond to questions regarding the FY 2025 audit and the report being
presented, as well as to discuss the upcoming FY 2026 audit. As part of the audit
communication process, the firm also provides the required Communication with Those
Charged with Governance letter.
The FY 2025 ACFR is available online at: www.fcva.us/ACFR.
The committee generally authorizes, by consensus, the Finance Committee Chairman to
sign the audit engagement letter for the upcoming audit. No formal action required.

NOTE: Following the Finance Committee meeting, a Board of Supervisors budget work
session will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room. We will adjourn
from the First Floor Conference Room and reconvene in the Board of Supervisors
Meeting Room for the work session.
