Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mr. Dennis Grubbs.
Invocation
Pledge of Allegiance
Approval of May 13, 2025, Meeting Minutes
Mr. Stottlemyer moved to approve the minutes as submitted, second by Mrs. Brannon, approved (5-
0).
Adoption of Agenda
Mrs. Brannon moved to approve the minutes as submitted, second by Mr. Stottlemyer, approved (5-
0).
Old Business
None
New Business
1. By-Law Revision: Mr. Madagan made a motion to approve the draft By-Laws as presented,
seconded by Mrs. Brannon, approved (5-0). The By-Laws will be forwarded to the Board of
Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting

Supervisors for final approval.
Monthly Reports
Staff provided reports on past and upcoming park projects, maintenance upgrades, recreation
programs, marketing, and special events.
Standing Committee Reports
The Committee provided an update on current projects and recommended to staff to post a
“reminder” sign at Clearbrook Park that users of “mechanized” transportation devices at the park
are the responsibility of the operator.
