The minutes of the Regular meeting held on the I3th day of
February, I950 and also the Special Meeting held on the 22nd day of February and the Ist
day of March, I950 were read and approved.

TOADS - DISCONTINUE MAINTENANCE
Upon motion duly seconded this Board unanimously recommends that
the State Highway Department discontinue maintenance on the following Roads:

Upoh motion duly seconded it is unanimously ordered that the
Tentative Leyy for the fiscal year, beginning on the Ist day of July, I950 and ending
on the 30th day of June I951 be set at the following rates.
General County Levy on each $I00.00 valuation fifty five ($0.55) Cents
School levy on each $I00.00 Valuation - - - - - -- One Hundred ($I.00) Cents
Special levy for building County High School on each
$IUO.00 valuation -------------- - - - - -- Sixty ($0.60) Cents
'Totdl - Two Hundred and Fifteen Cents($2.I5)
BILLS APPROVED
Accounts totaling $8,446.57 were approved and ordered to be paid
from the general County Fund by warrants numbers I2307 to I2354 inclusive and Livestock a
Poultry Calims and Earl Gather's Salary totaling $I54.99 were approved and ordered to be
paid from the Dog Fund by warrants numbers III2 to III5 inclusive.
Upon motion duly seconded it is ordered that the Board so now
adjourn.
