At the Regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of
Frederick County Virginia, held in the Supervisors Room over the
Clerk's Office on the 9th day of January; 1950.
Upon motiondauly seconded it is ordered that the Clerk
transmit an attested copy of the Minutes passed on Deed Stamps
on the I4th day of February, I949 to Senator Harry F. Byrd, Jr.
RESOLUTION CONCERNING REINBURSEMENT OF DAMAGE
CAUSED BY DEED AND SALE OF SPECIAL STAMPS
Upon motion of Ellsworth Dodson and seconded by B. 0.
Brumback, the Resolution was adopted.
"That this Board recommends the passage of a Special Act
providing for the reinbursement of damage caused by Deer
I
Frederick County, Virginia, the said reinbursement fund to be
! obtained from the sale of Special Stamps to all persons who
hunt Deed in Frederick County."
Voting for the Resolution: B. 0. Brumback, Ellsworth Dodson,
and L. B. Whitacre, and voting against the Resolution: Grover Teets
and C. E. Garber.
