Town Action on Voluntary Settlement Agreement
April 6, 2004
The Town of Stephens City has opted Dot to honor the County's request to deannex a 17.4
acre tract adjacent to the northwest border of the Town.
I did not feel I had the authority to act on behalf of the County; therefore, the change is
back before you.
The other changes as noted are minor.
Please call me if you have any questions.

Seconc:~, you will see a minOT change in the wording of Se~iDn 4.3("). l
think the currrnt wording is ambi~ous, -.T1d it could be ~onstrued in two different ways.
